The Pecan Nuts Chocolat was originally served as a petit fours at a famous French restaurant in Tokyo. After overwhelming demand from their customers, they decided to make this popular classic available for sale. Customers found the taste irresistible, and they wanted to buy it as a souvenir gift or order it from the restaurant. Since then, this delight from a Michelin 2-star restaurant has been a popular gift of choice for some time.

 

The Pecan Nuts Chocolat are delivered directly from the restaurant in Tokyo  to Sydney, where we do the final coating and packaging. We use cacao powder by the famous French brand VALRHONA for the final dusting. All the tins are produced in Japan.

About

The nuts are first roasted to bring out the fragrance, then coated in a thin candy layer to preserve the unique and light texture and aroma of the nuts. This is the secret to the exquisite taste. The nuts are dusted with cacao powder in the final stage, which fuses the individual characteristics of the cacao and pecans, creating an exquisite taste that lingers in the mouth.

These sweets are made from the heart of the chef of a renowned French restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo. This chef has been a chocolate lover at heart since his youth, having spent eight years of his twenties training at grand maisons in France and Switzerland. During that time, he spent his days off exploring and tasting the offerings of famous chocolatiers, as well as working deep into the night after work creating chocolate confections with his pastry chef.
